India collected eight medals on September 29, while boxing finalists and a dramatic volleyball comeback kept more podium opportunities alive.
Two gold medals gave India’s Asian Games campaign fresh momentum on Day 11. Neeru Dhanda won the women’s individual trap title, and the women’s 4×400m relay quartet delivered a second gold on the track. With one silver and five bronzes completing the day’s haul, India crossed the 50-medal milestone at Aichi-Nagoya.
